Hi everyone! We have just a few notices for you all today :)

Secret santa:

Just as in previous years, we are hosting a Secret Santa gift exchange! The rules and requirements will be as follows:

• You must own at least one TSS character in order to participate, as only TSS characters are eligible.
• All art must be at minimum cleanly lined and colored. Fullbodies do not need to be shaded, but headshots must be. You only need to draw a minimum of one character, even if your partner has supplied more than one to choose from. There is no maximum requirement, so if you would like to go above and beyond, you are more than welcome to!
• Writing is not currently accepted
• You may not reveal your partner nor share any aspect of your piece either publicly or privately until it is announced that you can! This includes giving your gift to your partner early.
• Finished pieces may be submitted to a prompt on-site, which will be made public alongside the December newsletter.
• The deadline for finished pieces will be December 31st. Backup pieces will instead be due on January 10th.
• If for whatever reason you are unable to complete your piece, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange a backup for you! If you fail to finish before the deadline and do not inform us, you will recieve a strike.
• Rewards for participating will be as follows:
  • However many Cloud Coins your piece would normally be redeemed for
  • 500 Cloud Coins on top of the above.
  • 1 Secret Santa 2025 Exclusive Pet
  • 1 Random Item Box
  • Secret Santa 2025 patch
  • 10 user exp

Awan Cleanup Changes:

As a reminder, Awan Cleanup is still ongoing! Phase 2 will be open indefinitely, until the requirement to complete it has been reached.

To encourage continued participation, we have updated the loot tables to include the possibility of recieving Fabled items from submissions! We have also added Fabled Trait Boxes to the Awan Cleanup shop.

Black Friday Sale:

We will be hosting a small Black Friday sale between November 28th and December 5th!

All prices in both on-site Cloud Coin shops and Ko-fi will be reduced by 40% during this period, after which they will return to normal. We will ping minor announcements in the discord server once these price changes go live.

2025 Winter Advent:

Tomorrow, 11/24, at 3pm the preview post for our annual winter advent will go live.  At 4pm, the same day, FCFS slots will open.

Scheduled Downtime:

Contrary to the previous newsletter, we have decided to move the scheduled site downtime forward again.

As such, the website will be down for a period of time on December 1st while we switch to a new hosting provider. We do not anticipate that this will take too long.
