Changes:

• Fixed a 500 error on gallery submission logs
• Characters can no longer have negative amounts of status effects, using healing items that would put your character's status effect count in the negatives now sets them to 0 instead.
• Fixed an issue where new user's adoption limit was set to 0 on registation, new users should now have the 5 limit upon signup.
• Fixed a display issue with item entries
